He is a horrible manager, every decision is based on how he is feeling that day, how high he was the night before, or if he has his kids at the office that day or not. It is a frequent joke among Guest-Tek managers that their subordinates might be their managers in a couple weeks, happens over and over. The only ones who stay are the ones deluded by the smoke he blows up their asses.
Senior management of this company are jumping ship as they simply cannot handle him anymore.
Company has had 5 major layoffs in 7 years, you do the math!
1. A precipitous drop in share price since he regained executive control of the company.
2. Little to no ability to secure external capital other than his own
3. A cease trade order
4. acquisitions with no discernible strategic value
5. massive attrition rate within the company
Is he a safe bet? No. Just take a look at the stock prices. There has never been any significant upward swing in the last three years. Personally, I feel sorry for the staff that are still there. They are the ones that have to put up with the Levy mess.
This company had a future one day, but now, itâs a matter of days before they close their doors.
I will sue any current or past employee I disagree with.
I will fire employees who talk to competitors, or people I am suing.
I will provide regular layoffs, so you can always live in fear.
I will promote those who give up all self worth and bow before me.
I will provide annual salary reviews at least once every 5 years.
I will cut 401k plans and any extra benefits.
I will eventually sell GTK and move on, so you can all be rid of me.

In this case the emperor truly has no clothes and has surrounded himself with people who enable his delusional mind.
Karma truly is a wonderful thing.
But lets pretend it is, then it also points out that many people leave the company with a bad taste in their mouth... and that says something about Arnon's management ability and the environment he fosters. There are plenty of other executives on this site that have good comments from former employees.
