Bannerman is a uranium exploration and development company listed on the Australian, Toronto and Namibian stock exchanges. Bannerman's principal focus is the exploration and development of uranium projects in Namibia, southern Africa. The primary and most significant asset is an 80% interest in the Etango Uranium Project ("Etango Project") in Namibia which is undergoing a feasibility study. Etango is one of the world's largest undeveloped uranium deposits, and Bannerman is focused on the feasibility assessment and development of a large open pit uranium operation at Etango. The Company, through its 80%-owned Namibian subsidiary, also holds title to the Swakop River Exploration Project ("Swakop River Project") and in addition directly holds a 100% interest in three exploration licences in Botswana.
